I would tell you, but this is a competitive advantage to Briles team. I will just let you know it is to make the QB aware of a possible chance to audible. It may or may not be signaling an impending blitz and/or change in coverage model that a young QB may not be aware of unless he sees it happen, so it is a visible and audible cue.
